Common use of Work Products Clause in Contracts

Work Products. All deliverables/work products prepared by A-E pursuant to the CTOs, including but not limited to reports, working documents, original drawings, designs, specifications, exhibits, and notes, shall be the property of the COUNTY and shall be delivered to the COUNTY Project Manager or designee at its request any time during the term of the Contract.
