Work Products. The A/E grants to the Agency a non-exclusive license to re-use the A/E’s Work Products prepared pursuant to Delivery Orders issued under this Contract. The A/E assumes no liability for the Agency’s re-use under these conditions unless contracted by the Agency to assume the liability for such re-use. Consultants used by the A/E for work performed under this Contract shall be bound by the same conditions.
