WORK SITE ASSIGNMENT Clause Samples

The Work Site Assignment clause defines how and where an employee or contractor is required to perform their duties under the agreement. It typically specifies the physical location, such as a company office, client site, or remote work arrangement, and may outline expectations for travel or relocation if necessary. By clearly establishing the designated work site, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about work location and ensures both parties are aligned on logistical and operational expectations.
