Common use of Work to Comply with Applicable Laws Clause in Contracts

Work to Comply with Applicable Laws. and Regulations: Contractor shall give all notices and comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations relating to the Work, including the specific laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations as indicated and specified in the Contract Documents and identified below, including but not limited to the appropriate statutes and administrative code sections. If Contractor observes that Drawings and Specifications are at variance therewith, or should Contractor become aware of the development of conditions not covered by Contract Documents that will result in finished Work being at variance therewith, Contractor shall promptly notify Judicial Council in writing and any changes deemed necessary by Judicial Council shall be made as provided in Contract for changes in Work. 27.1.
