Common use of Workers’ Compensation and Other Insurance Clause in Contracts

Workers’ Compensation and Other Insurance. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall procure and keep in force workers’ compensation insurance and all other insurance required by any applicable law. If under Colorado law Contractor is not required to carry workers’ compensation insurance, Contractor shall provide the Town an executed Certificate of Exemption from Statutory Workers’ Compensation Law and Acknowledgment of Risk/Hold Harmless Agreement, which shall be attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference.
