Workforce Access to Information and Electronic Communication. (a) In order to facilitate consultation and the avoidance and resolution of disputes: (i) Employees may make reasonable use of the Employer's email system to communicate with HACSU and their delegates; (ii) HACSU may make reasonable use of the Employer's email so as to communicate with its members.
