Workforce and Permitted Users Sample Clauses

Workforce and Permitted Users. Participant shall be responsible for training its own workforce regarding the fundamentals of operating the Massachusetts Health Information Highway Web Portal. Participant shall comply with all Massachusetts Health Information Highway polices relating to the use of the Portal, including without limitation Massachusetts Health Information Highway privacy, information security, and acceptable use policies as further described in the Policies and Procedures.
