Working Alone Program Sample Clauses

The Working Alone Program clause establishes procedures and requirements for employees who perform their duties without direct supervision or in isolated environments. Typically, this clause outlines the necessary safety protocols, communication methods, and check-in intervals that must be followed to ensure the well-being of individuals working alone, such as remote field workers or after-hours staff. Its core function is to mitigate risks associated with working in isolation by ensuring that appropriate measures are in place to monitor and respond to potential emergencies, thereby enhancing workplace safety and compliance with occupational health regulations.
