Working Capital Closing Date Representations and Warranties of the Loan Parties. Each Loan Party makes the representations and warranties set forth in Section 5.1 of the Common Terms Agreement (Initial Representations and Warranties of the Loan Parties) to each Working Capital Lender, Issuing Bank and Swing Line Lender. Each such representation and warranty is made at the Working Capital Closing Date only.
