Working Drawings and Engineering Report. a. No later than ten (10) days after receipt of Landlord's approval of the Space Plan, Tenant shall submit to Landlord for approval two (2) sets of "Working Drawings" (as defined in Section 14), and a report (the "Engineering Report") from Tenant's mechanical, structural and electrical engineers indicating any special heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical, heavy load or other special or unusual requirements of Tenant.
