Working in Another Service Sample Clauses

The "Working in Another Service" clause defines the conditions under which an individual or entity may engage in employment or provide services to a different organization while under contract. Typically, this clause outlines whether such outside work is permitted, restricted, or requires prior approval from the primary employer or contracting party. For example, it may prohibit working for direct competitors or require disclosure of any additional engagements. Its core function is to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure that the individual's commitments to the primary service are not compromised by external obligations.
