WORKING INTEREST AND VOTING RIGHTS. 3.1 The Working Interests of XYZ, ABC and GHPL (if applicable) throughout the Area for each phase of the Joint Operations shall be governed by the provisions set forth in Article V of the Concession Agreement. Each Working Interest Owner shall be liable for all Expenditures to the extent of its Working Interest, except as provided for in the Concession Agreement. 3.2 The voting rights of the Working Interest Owners shall be in proportion to their respective Working Interests at the time of the vote.
