Working Interest Payments any distributions, dividends and/or payments received by the Borrower or any subsidiary of the Borrower as a result of any working interest the Borrower or any subsidiary of the Borrower may have with respect to any working interest in any oil and gas well, which also may be known as “Net Revenue Interest,” “Net Royalty Interest,” “NRI,” or similar terms.
