WORKING ON SITE. 30.1 GeoTel shall be deemed to have examined the BT site in the United Kingdom to which GeoTel may require access to perform its obligations under this Agreement and to which deliveries may be made ("the Site") and no claim from GeoTel for additional payment will be allowed on the grounds of misinterpretation of any matter relating to the Site, or which GeoTel could reasonably have satisfied itself by a visit to the premises, reference to Digital and/or BT or otherwise.
WORKING ON SITE. The Service Provider must supply competent and fully trained personnel to perform the Services and inform STFC of their names and of the names of all sub-contractor personnel. This includes details of staff qualifications, accreditations etc. The Service Provider’s Responsible Person is to be qualified to isolate mechanical and electrical installations, review safety processes but, this is a coordinated approach with the Employers Authorised Person and STFC Service Manager.
WORKING ON SITE. Where the Supplier is required to be present or perform work on or near premises of the Purchaser or any of its customer:
a. the Supplier shall not impede work in progress by the Purchaser or third parties;
b. the Supplier enters the premises at which work is to be performed at its own risk and indemnifies the Purchaser against all loss, damages, claims and liabilities (including legal costs) which might arise out of such entry or the performance of work;
c. the Supplier, its employees, agents, and subcontractors shall comply with all instructions of the Purchaser.
