Common use of Working Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Working Restrictions. The Permittee understands and agrees that all persons entering and working in or around international aircraft and facilities used by various Federal Inspection Services agencies may be subject to the consent and approval of such agencies. Persons not approved or consented to by Federal Inspection Services agencies may not be employed by the Permittee in areas under the jurisdiction or control of such agencies.
