WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS. Customer service is a priority of UCAN. The Contractor shall maintain positive customer relationships at all times. In doing so, the Contractor shall: Ensure that the Contractor’s employees treat each customer with dignity and respect. Contractor’s employees shall present identification to prove that they are employed by the Contractor upon request of the customer. Maintain a work environment that minimizes inconvenience to the customer. Provide product warranties and documentation to the customer, if applicable.
