– WORKLOAD AND SAFETY. The Company shall not impose an unreasonable workload upon any employee, and should there be a substantial change in workload, the employee’s work hours shall be reviewed and adjusted as appropriate. An employee shall not refuse to perform work based on their own opinion of the reasonableness of the workload. Rather, if an employee has a dispute, it shall be subject to the Grievance Procedure in this Agreement.
