Workmanlike Manner. Vendor represents, warrants, and covenants that all Services to be performed under this Agreement shall be performed in a professional, competent, diligent and workmanlike manner by knowledgeable, trained and qualified personnel, all in accordance with the terms and Acceptance Criteria of this Agreement and the standards of performance considered generally acceptable in the industry for similar tasks and projects. In the absence of a Specification for the performance of any portion of this Agreement, the Parties agree that the applicable specification shall be the generally accepted industry standard. So long as DOE notifies Vendor of any Services performed in violation of this standard, Vendor shall re-perform the Services at no cost to DOE, such that the Services are rendered in the above-specified manner, or if Vendor is unable to perform the Services as warranted, Vendor shall reimburse DOE any fees or compensation paid to Vendor for the unsatisfactory services.
Workmanlike Manner. Vendor agrees to provide in a good and workmanlike manner the specified goods and/or perform in a good and workmanlike manner the services contracted for in this agreement and provide all necessary tools, equipment and commodities.
Workmanlike Manner. All Lessor-approved improvements shall be made in a good and workmanlike manner. Any improvement that violates building codes or the laws or ordinances of any governing jurisdiction, or that xxxxx the Premises in any manner, shall be timely cured by Lessee at Lessee’s expense and in a manner satisfactory to Lessor.
Workmanlike Manner. All Property Inspection Services and Property Preservation Services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement will be performed in a thorough and workmanlike manner in compliance with applicable FHA standards and in compliance with applicable federal, state and local law.

Grantee represents, warrants, and covenants that all Projects(s) be performed or provided under this Agreement shall be performed or provided in a professional, competent, diligent and workmanlike manner by knowledgeable, trained and qualified personnel, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the highest standards of performance applicable to service providers in the industry for similar tasks and projects. In the absence of a specification for the performance of any portion of this Agreement, the Parties agree that the applicable specification shall be the generally accepted industry standard. So long as the Office notifies Grantee of any aspects of any Project(s) performed in violation of this standard, Grantee shall re-perform the relevant aspects of the Project(s) at no additional cost to the Office or impacted consumers, such that the Project(s) are rendered in the above-specified manner, or if the Grantee is unable to perform the Project(s) as warranted, Grantee shall reimburse the Office any fees or compensation paid to Grantee for the unsatisfactory performance.
Workmanlike Manner. YK Group shall carry out all of its activities on the Claims in good and workmanlike manner, complying with all environmental and other regulations and law and shall endeavour to avoid interference with Expatriate's activities on the Claims.

In cases where no specification exists, the Parties agree to follow generally accepted industry standards. If the Purchasing Entity identifies services not meeting these standards, Vendor will re-perform them at no extra cost. Vendor will refund any fees paid by the Purchasing Entity for any services were not satisfactorily provided and cannot otherwise be cured.
