Workmanship and performance. (a) All Services and Deliverables provided under the Agreement will be provided in a manner consistent with the standards of quality and integrity as outlined in the Agreement, the Solicitation, and CONTRACTOR’s Proposal. (b) All Services and Deliverables must meet or exceed the required levels of performance specified in or under the Agreement, and will meet or exceed HHSC’s Missions and Objectives, as set forth in the Solicitation. (c) CONTRACTOR will perform the Services in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with best practices and high professional standards used in well-managed operations performing services similar to the services described in the Agreement.
