Workmanship and performance. (a) All Services and Deliverables provided under this Contract will be provided in a manner consistent with the standards of quality and integrity as outlined in the Contract. (b) All Services and Deliverables must meet or exceed the required levels of performance specified in or pursuant to this Contract. (c) HMO will perform the Services and provide the Deliverables in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with best practices and high professional standards used in well-managed operations performing services similar to the services described in this Contract.
