Workplace-specific experiments Clause Samples

The "Workplace-specific experiments" clause authorizes the implementation of trial programs or pilot initiatives tailored to a particular workplace. This clause typically allows employers and employees to agree on testing new work arrangements, technologies, or policies within a defined scope and timeframe, often with mechanisms for feedback and evaluation. Its core practical function is to provide a structured and flexible way to innovate or address unique workplace needs while managing potential risks and ensuring that changes are reversible if they prove ineffective.
Workplace-specific experiments. The federations shall institute a working group tasked with the monitoring of workplace-specific experiments concerning terms of remuneration and other terms of employment of salaried employees and other personnel. Subject to local agreement, such experiments can deviate from the collective agreement's provisions issued in the sections concerning the salaries and other monetary payments made to all salaried employees. Such deviations require the approval of the federations. Workplace-specific experiments will increase the workload of the chief shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, which must be taken into account in evaluating the need for the exemption referred to in Section 3.1 of the co- operation agreement. Especially in the early stages of such experiments, this usually means freeing the chief shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from work duties for a specific period of time. This exemption shall not decrease the shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ income.
