Works Completion Certificate. Upon successful Completion of the Works, and prior to making an application to the Authority for issuance of Works Completion Certificates, the Contractor shall clear all plants, equipment, surplus materials, wreckage, rubbish and temporary work from the Site. The Authority shall, within 28 (twenty eight) days after receiving the Contractor’s notice and after being satisfied that the entire Works has been completed as per the terms of this Contract and more specifically in a manner and applying the criterion as set out in the Technical Specifications and further the Site has been cleared of all plants, equipment, surplus materials, wreckage, rubbish and temporary work by the Contractor:
