Common use of Works to be Installed Clause in Contracts

Works to be Installed. The Works to be installed are set out in Schedule “D” to this Agreement. This schedule is to set out the Works in general terms only and shall not be construed as covering all items in detail. If at any time and from time to time during the development, the Town’s Engineer is of the opinion that additional Works are necessary to provide adequately any of the public services required by the Plan, the Developer shall, at his expense, construct, install or perform such additional Works at the request of the Town’s Engineer.
