Worksite Placements. 1. When possible, CONTRACTOR shall place youth workers at worksites that are connected to the youth’s career interest. 2. CONTRACTOR shall complete Worksite Supervisor training prior to the placement of a youth at the worksite. 3. CONTRACTOR shall monitor the youth at the worksites a minimum of two times during the duration of their work experience. Monitoring includes, but is not limited to observation of youth working, reviewing sign-in / sign-out sheets, and meetings with the worksite supervisor to review the youth’s work habits and areas for improvement.
