Common use of World Heritage Places Clause in Contracts

World Heritage Places. Parties agree to actively investigate, and participate in, World Heritage assessment of the Australia-wide Eucalypt theme, including any potential contribution from the Xxxx Xxxxxxxx region. The Parties acknowledge that the World Heritage Values of a World Heritage Place are protected by Part 3 of the EPBC Act as, pursuant to section 42 of the EPBC Act, the exemption to the application of Part 3 for RFA Forestry Operations does not apply to a property included in the World Heritage List.
