Written Addendum. Any changes to this Lease, other than those provided for in Article X and 21.4 shall be made by a written addendum, dated and signed by both Xxxxxx and the Authority.

WRITTEN AGREEMENT 4. All insurance policies required by this Contract shall waive all rights of subrogation against the County of Orange, its elected and appointed officials, officers, employees and agents when acting within the scope of their appointment or employment.
WRITTEN AMENDMENT 5.05.1 Unless otherwise specified elsewhere in this Agreement, this Agreement may be amended only by written instrument executed on behalf of the City (by authority of an ordinance adopted by the City Council) and Contractor.
