Written Awards and Enforcement. Any arbitration award shall be accompanied by a written statement containing a summary of the issues in controversy, a description of the award, and an explanation of the reasons for the award. The parties agree that a competent court shall enter judgment upon the award of the arbitrator, provided it is in conformity with the terms of this Agreement.
