Written Cause. Employer may also, at any time, at its election, upon thirty (30) days written notice to Employee, terminate this Agreement prior to the Scheduled Expiration Date and the term of Employee's employment for any reason not set forth in Section 5a above, including but not limited to, the death or disability of Employee, which event shall constitute a termination hereunder "without cause."
