Written Change Order. If Purchaser requests a change agreed to by the Seller, or other changes are agreed to by the Parties, or there are required changes in the Plans and Specifications, there are differing site conditions or emergencies, the Parties will sign a written Change Order. F.

Written Change Order. Changes in the Contract Work shall be authorized by written change order signed by Owner and Contractor on a form substantially identical to the form attached hereto as Exhibit _A,_ and shall become part of the Contract only if it is in writing and signed by the parties prior to the commencement of the work for which payment is made. The owner may not require the contractor to perform extra or change-order work without providing written authorization prior to commencement of any work covered by the new change order. Extra work or a change order is not enforceable against an owner unless the change order also identifies all of the following in writing prior to commencement of any work covered by the new change order:
Written Change Order. OWNER may, by written order to ENGINEER, request additional services, issue revisions or direct the omission of services within the general scope of this Agreement. Any additional services shall be performed upon execution of an applicable change order regarding compensation and extensions of time. No changes will be made absent specific written direction and agreement for payment.
