Written Claim. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the matter, the grievance shall be presented in writing to the Assistant Superintendent within ten (10 days. Said grievance shall include: a. An identification of the grievant. b. The facts based upon which the grievance is based. c. The applicable portion(s) of the Agreement allegedly violated. d. The specific relief requested. e. The date of the grievance. f. The signature of the Association President. A written reply shall be forwarded to the Association within ten (10) days of receipt of the grievance.
