Written Communications Regarding Environmental Claims, Releases, Etc. As soon as practicable following the sending or receipt thereof by Company or any of its Subsidiaries regarding any matter that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, a copy of any and all written communications with respect to (a) any Environmental Claims, (b) any Release required to be reported to any Government Authority, and (c) any request for information from any Government Authority that suggests such Government Authority is investigating whether Company or any of its Subsidiaries may be potentially responsible for any Hazardous Materials Activity.
