The EPA request must be a written email sent by the Contractor to the DES Primary Contact or their designee (listed on the DES website at the Ammunition Contract #02616 Contract Summary Page). Contractor may contact the State via The Contracts Resource Center (currently available at 360-407-2210) if Contractor is unable to determine the DES Primary Contact.
