Written Grievances Shall Contain the Following. 1. The written grievance shall be signed by the grievant(s) and /or the Association Representative. 2. It shall contain a synopsis of the facts giving rise to the alleged violation. 3. It shall cite the Article or Section and Subsections of this contract alleged to have been violated. 4. It shall contain the date of the alleged violation. 5. It shall specify the relief requested.

Such a rejection shall not extend the limitations hereinafter set forth.
