Written Instructions of Parties. Notwithstanding any contrary provision contained herein, Escrow Agent shall, at all times, have full right and authority and the duty and obligation to pay over and disburse the principal and interest of the Escrow Fund in accordance with the joint written instructions signed by Seller and Purchaser.
