Written ITS Report Clause Samples
The "Written ITS Report" clause requires the preparation and delivery of a formal, written report summarizing the findings, results, or recommendations from an Information Technology Services (ITS) engagement. Typically, this report is compiled by the service provider after completing an assessment, audit, or project, and it may include details such as identified issues, proposed solutions, and action items. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties have a clear, documented record of the ITS work performed, promoting transparency and providing a reference for future actions or compliance purposes.
