Written Notice Can Take Any Form. The written notice of cancellation need not take a particular form, though expressed through writing, is effective if it states that the student no longer wishes to be bound by the Enrollment Agreement. The student has the right to withdraw from a course of instruction at any time. The written notification of withdrawal must be delivered in person or sent by US mail to: President, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx School, 000 Xxxx 0xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, XX 00000. This notification must have the date and signature of the student as well as the date and signature of the staff upon receiving. The student will not be considered withdrawn without proper notification.
