Written Policies. Client may not use the Custodial Account or the Custodial Services in a manner that violates, or is otherwise inconsistent with, any operating instructions promulgated by Trust Company.

The PH- MCO’s submission of new or revised policies and procedures for review and approval by the Department shall not act to void any existing policies and procedures which have been prior approved by the Department for operation in a HC Zone. Unless otherwise required by law, the PH-MCO may continue to operate under such existing policies and procedures until such time as the Department approves the new or revised version thereof.

For the purposes of clarification concerning a specific written policy which affects employees within the CLAC bargaining unit, the Union may request in writing a copy of said policy from the Employer. In addition, a copy of any new or amended written policy that directly affects employees within the bargaining unit will be provided to the Union in advance of implementation.

(1) Underwriting standards for home- ownership assistance that examine the family’s housing debt, overall debt, in- come, and ability to maintain the housing;
(2) Anti-predatory lending; and
(3) Refinancing loans to which HTF loans are subordinated to ensure that the terms of the new loan are reason- able.

For the purposes of clarification concerning a specific written policy which affects employees within the C.U.P.E. bargaining unit, the President of the Union may request in writing a copy of said policy from the Human Resources Department. In addition, a copy of any new or amended Human Resources written policy that directly affects employees within the bargaining unit, will be provided the Union President.

Any written University, School, and/or Departmental policies that affect employment, to the extent they exist, shall be made available to the Graduate Assistant before the beginning of their appointment, with updates provided as available. Orientation on applicable policies shall also be provided upon request of the Graduate Assistant.
A. No Graduate Assistant will be disciplined for following established University, School, Department, or Program policies.
B. Such policies may encompass, but are not limited to,
(1) Plagiarism and other student code of conduct regulations;
(2) Mission Statements;
(3) Employee handbooks, guidelines or procedures;
(4) Teaching and grading responsibilities; and

Xxxxxxxxx.xxx will ensure that its personnel at all times comply with Client’s reasonable written policies of which Xxxxxxxxx.xxx is made aware in writing prior to their enforcement, while on the Client’s premises or while using or accessing the Client’s computer systems and databases as permitted in this Agreement.
