Common use of Written Proposals/Material Clause in Contracts

Written Proposals/Material. All formal proposals shall be in writing, and submitted in sufficient quantity to provide copies for each member of the other party's bargaining team. There shall not be any new proposals placed on the table after the third session unless by mutual agreement of the parties. Either party may at any time during negotiations offer verbal (table) counters to written proposals.
