WRITTEN QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of any ITB provision must be submitted in writing to the SPB and clearly marked with the ITB Number and the specific vehicle bid description Questions. SPB is not obligated to respond to questions that are received late per the Schedule of Events. Bidders should present, as questions, any assumptions upon which the Bidder's bid is or might be developed. Bids will be evaluated without consideration of any known or unknown assumptions of a Bidder. The contract will not incorporate any known or unknown assumptions of a Bidder. It is preferred that questions be sent via e-mail to xx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx, but may be delivered by hand or by U.S. Mail. It is recommended that Bidders submit questions using the following format. For errors involving new accounts, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question. For new accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days after completing our investigation. If we decide there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.
