Answer Questions Contractor, with reasonable promptness and in accordance with time limits set by Owner, shall answer Owner's questions and provide Owner with requested Project information.
Errors, Questions, and Complaints a. In case of errors or questions about your transactions, you should as soon as possible contact us as set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above.
Research Questions The study addresses the following questions.
WHO WILL REVIEW THE INFORMATION DISCLOSED ON THE RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE FORM AND ANY UPDATES? The information disclosed on this form and any updates will be a public record as defined by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and may therefore be inspected by any interested person. Also, the information will be made available to the Mayor and the BCC members. This form and any updates will accompany the information for the applicant’s project or item. However, for development-related items, if an applicant discloses the existence of one or more of the relationships described above and the matter would normally receive final consideration by the Concurrency Review Committee or the Development Review Committee, the matter will be directed to the BCC for final consideration and action following committee review.
Errors or Questions If you think your statement or any account or transaction information reflected on Online Banking is wrong or if you need more information about a listed transfer CALL US IMMEDIATELY at Online Banking Support. If you cannot reach us by telephone, you may send us a message through the Secure Online Message Center, but that is not the fastest way of contacting us. Alternatively, you may visit your local branch or write us at the address for disputes provided below or in your Cardholder Agreement. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we make available to you the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. When you notify us: (i) tell us your name and account number, (ii) describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about (including the date it occurred), and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information, and (iii) tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. If you tell us in person or by telephone, we may require that you follow up your oral notice or questions in writing. If we require written notice, we must receive this writing within 10 Business Days of your oral notice. We will determine whether an error occurred within ten (10) business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to forty- five (45) days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, and your Account is a Consumer Account, we will provisionally credit your account within ten (10) Business Days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and do not receive it within ten (10) business days, we may not provisionally credit your account. For errors involving new accounts, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question. For new accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days after completing our investigation. If we decide there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.

Conflict of Interest Questionnaire Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code requires contractors contracting or seeking to contract with H-GAC to file a conflict of interest questionnaire (CIQ) if they have an employment or other business relationship with an H-GAC officer or an officer’s close family member. The required questionnaire and instructions are located on the H-GAC website or at the Texas Ethics Commission website xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/forms/CIQ.pdf. H-GAC officers include its Board of Directors and Executive Director, who are listed on this website. Respondent must complete and file a CIQ with the Texas Ethics Commission if an employment or business relationship with H-GAC office or an officer’s close family member as defined in the law exists.

Conduct interviews with candidates (interviews may occur in closed session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(3)). Interview Plan Explanation In each interview, the Board President will: Introduce Board members to the candidate at the beginning of the interview. Describe the Board's interview process, selection process, and ask the candidate if he or she has questions about the Board's process for filling a vacancy by appointment. Describe the District's philosophy or mission statement. Describe the vacancy for the candidate by reviewing the: (1) qualifications, and (2) general duties and responsibilities of the Board and the Board members, including fiduciary responsibilities, conflict of interest, ethics and gift ban, and general Board member development. Begin asking the interview questions that the Board developed. Ask the candidate whether he or she has any questions for the Board. Thank the candidate and inform the candidate when the Board expects to make a decision and how the candidate will be contacted regarding the Board's decision.
