Common use of Written Resolutions and Electronic Consents Clause in Contracts

Written Resolutions and Electronic Consents. A Written Resolution may be contained in one document or in several documents in like form, each signed by or on behalf of one or more of the Noteholders. For so long as any Notes are in the form of a Global Note held on behalf of one or more of Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg or any other clearing system (the “relevant clearing system(s)”), then:
