WRITTEN WAIVER, CONSENT AND APPROVAL. Any waiver, consent or approval given by the Liquidity Facility Provider under this Agreement will only be effective and will only bind the Liquidity Facility Provider if it is given in writing, or given verbally and subsequently confirmed in writing, and executed by the Liquidity Facility Provider or on its behalf by two Authorised Officers of the Liquidity Facility Provider.
