Wrong Pocket Provisions. (a) If, at any time following the Closing, Seller becomes aware that any Acquired Asset which should have been transferred to Purchaser or a Purchaser Designee pursuant to the terms of the Transaction Documents was not transferred to Purchaser or a Purchaser Designee as contemplated by the Transaction Documents, then Seller shall promptly transfer or cause its Affiliates to transfer such Acquired Asset to Purchaser or the applicable Purchaser Designee for no additional consideration.
