Wrongful Rejection by Owner. If any of the Subcontractor's Work or materials are wrongfully rejected by the Owner or the Architect, the Subcontractor's remedy for that wrongful rejection shall be limited to the Contractor's remedy under the Owner/Contractor Contract. SAMPLE
