WVURC’s Automatic Termination Conditions. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, this Agreement shall terminate automatically without any notice to LICENSEE in the event (i) LICENSEE shall cease to carry on its business; or (ii) LICENSEE is or becomes insolvent (as defined in Section 101 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code (U.S. Code Title 11)); or (iii) a petition in bankruptcy is filed against LICENSEE and is consented to, acquiesced in or remains undismissed for sixty (60) days; or (iv) LICENSEE makes a general assignment for the benefit of creditors, or a receiver is appointed for LICENSEE.
