Wyeth Patent Rights. Subject to Section 6.2.1(d), and except with respect to Covered SMIP Improvements, Wyeth, at its own expense, shall have the sole right, but not the obligation, to prepare, file, prosecute and maintain, throughout the Territory, all Wyeth Patent Rights, using patent counsel of Wyeth's choice.
