Common use of X-0 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Agreement Clause in Contracts

X-0 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Agreement. The ISDA Master Agreement dated as of March 30, 2007, between the Yield Maintenance Agreement Counterparty and the Trustee on behalf of the Trust Fund, and acknowledged and agreed to by the Trust Administrator, and the confirmation of the same date, between the Yield Maintenance Agreement Counterparty and the Trustee on behalf of the Trust Fund, which supplements, forms a part of, is subject to, and is governed by such ISDA Master Agreement (a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit X).
