Common use of XL’s Indemnities Clause in Contracts

XL’s Indemnities. (a) XL indemnifies and holds the Supplier and its Personnel harmless in respect of any Loss suffered in connection with: (i) any breach of Law or XL Regulatory Obligation arising out of any breach of this agreement by the XL; (ii) any fraudulent act or omission of the XL or its Personnel; (iii) any Claim by any Third Party that any XL Materials or XL Content infringes the Intellectual Property Rights, Moral Rights or any other rights of any person; and (iv) any breach of any obligation of confidence or privacy by XL.
