Xx Default Under Contracts with Third Parties. Mxxxxxxx’s execution of and/or performance of its obligations under this Agreement will not cause or create an event of default by Merchant under any contract which Merchant is or may become a party to, or otherwise violate any of Merchant’s obligations to third parties.
