AGILENT OBLIGATIONS. 2.1 AGILENT will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Component Development and Deliverables Services and provide the Deliverables specifically described in one or more Statements of Work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. CUSTOMER and AGILENT will sign a separate Statement of Work for each Project under this Agreement , which will be incorporated by reference into this Agreement upon execution by the parties.
