Xx License of Intellectual Property. Except as expressly provided herein, no license or grant of any intellectual property of any nature whatsoever, including any Branding or Content, or any data, business method, patents or applications thereof or similar material shall be deemed granted, licensed or otherwise from any Party (or any Affiliate thereof) to any other Party (or any Affiliate thereof) under this Agreement.
